We are looking for a professional and reliable Front Desk Clerk who takes pride in delivering outstanding guest experiences at Thunderbird Motor Inn.

What you will do:

Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately
Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously
Address guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction and safety
Provide information about motel facilities, services, and local attractions
Handle transactions and billing with accuracy and discretion
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Ensure the security of guest information and maintain strict confidentiality
Complete assigned administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and report generation
Support the housekeeping team with laundry duties as needed — washing, drying, and folding linens
