Job Summary
The Office Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This position involves overseeing administrative functions, managing office staff, and maintaining efficient office procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, along with a solid background in office management and clerical tasks.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems.
Oversee human resources functions such as payroll processing, employee onboarding, and training & development programs.
Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks and manage vendor relationships effectively.
Organize and maintain filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.
Assist in budgeting processes and monitor office expenditures to stay within financial guidelines.
Provide administrative support to management by preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.
Facilitate team management by fostering a collaborative work environment and providing guidance to staff.

Skills

Proven supervising experience with the ability to lead a team effectively.
Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial management tasks.
Strong front desk experience with excellent phone etiquette.
Background in human resources, payroll processing, and bookkeeping practices.
Demonstrated clerical and administrative experience in an office setting.
Exceptional communication skills for interacting with staff, vendors, and clients.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
Ability to manage vendor relationships efficiently while ensuring quality service delivery.
