THE ROLE
As a Senior Architectural Technologist / Project Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind our exciting projects.
- Lead multiple projects from concept through construction, ensuring excellence at every stage.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables while serving as the primary client liaison.
- Oversee and coordinate with consultants, municipalities, and builders.
- Mentor and collaborate with other team members, fostering technical accuracy and professional growth.
- Ensure all designs align with codes, bylaws, and constructability standards.
- Support conceptual and design development alongside our design directors.
IS THIS YOU?
We’re looking for someone with both deep technical expertise and a people-first mindset.
- Experience: 7+ years in residential design, including project leadership.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Revit (strongly preferred) or other BIM software; ability to produce accurate, detailed construction drawings.
- Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth familiarity with Calgary’s Land Use Bylaw, Development Permit, and Building Permit processes (experience with other municipalities an asset).
- Leadership: Strong communicator who can confidently guide clients and mentor team members.
- Organization: Skilled at juggling multiple projects and deadlines with ease.
