As Territory Sales Manager, you'll lead the continued growth of Norstar's Agricultural Division by supporting and developing an experienced sales team while strengthening customer relationships throughout your assigned markets.
This is a leadership role that combines sales management with strategic territory development. You'll help improve sales performance, implement consistent processes, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customers continue to receive exceptional service across the agricultural market.

Lead, coach, and develop the agricultural sales team to improve performance, consistency, and accountability.

Support territory growth by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening existing customer relationships.

7+ years of sales experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership role.

Required: Experience selling farm equipment, agricultural equipment, agricultural technology, farm supplies, seed, crop inputs, livestock equipment, or related agricultural products.

Experience working with tractor manufacturers, agricultural equipment dealerships, farm supply companies, or precision agriculture providers is highly preferred.

Proven success growing sales territories or regional markets.

Experience leading and coaching sales teams.

Strong understanding of territory planning, customer relationship management, and sales forecasting.
