Forget the stuffy corporate suits and the "sit-behind-a-desk" managers. At House of Knives, we don’t do dull. We’re looking for a Store Manager for our Willowbrook location in Langley who is sharp, relentless, and ready to own the floor.

This isn’t a role for someone who wants to hide in a back office. This is for the hands-on leader, the high-energy seller, and the coach who knows that the real magic happens right in the thick of the action.

THE ROLE

You’re the frontman/frontwoman of our retail stage. Your mission? Lead the team, kill the sales targets, and keep the store looking legendary.

Own the Floor: You lead from the front, setting the pace and showing the team how elite service is done.
Build the Crew: You’ll recruit, onboard, and train a squad that’s as reliable and motivated as you are.
Master the Mechanics: From inventory precision to visual merchandising that pops, you treat the store like your own kingdom.
No Dull Moments: You’ll handle everything from scheduling and POS flows to coaching your team into retail rockstars.
