Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Front of House Supervisor to lead our hospitality team with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, smooth food and beverage service, and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver memorable experiences while maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality expertise, manage a dynamic team, and contribute to the vibrant energy of our establishment.

Responsibilities

Supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, bartenders, and food runners, fostering a positive team environment
Ensure all food preparation and serving procedures meet food safety standards and hygiene regulations
Oversee customer service interactions, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly to guarantee satisfaction
Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros to process orders accurately and handle cash or card transactions with integrity
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and maintain high-quality food handling practices
Conduct interviews and assist in hiring qualified team members to build a skilled and motivated workforce
Lead by example in restaurant management tasks including supervising food service, barista duties, and ensuring cleanliness standards are met

Requirements

Proven supervising experience within the food service or hospitality industry, with strong leadership skills in team management
Extensive food industry knowledge including food preparation, cooking techniques, serving practices, and food safety protocols
Hands-on experience with restaurant management systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Demonstrated ability in customer service excellence and effective communication skills
Experience in cash handling, balancing registers, and managing financial transactions accurately
Familiarity with hotel or barista experience is a plus; knowledge of restaurant experience is essential
Strong understanding of food handling regulations, hospitality standards, and kitchen operations
Ability to interview candidates effectively and contribute to hiring decisions that strengthen the team
