CorGTA is recruiting a Senior Project Manager / Engineering Workstream Lead to lead the implementation of an enterprise-wide Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solution.
This is a highly visible leadership role supporting a major enterprise modernization initiative. The successful consultant will serve in a dual capacity—providing overall project leadership while also leading the Engineering workstream throughout the implementation.
You'll work closely with executive stakeholders, engineering teams, business leaders, and implementation partners to successfully deliver a complex enterprise technology transformation.
Experience leading engineering or technical workstreams
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive leadership
Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands-on project delivery
Lead an enterprise-wide CMMS/EAM implementation
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and overall delivery
Lead the Engineering workstream throughout the implementation
Coordinate implementation vendors and third-party partners
Facilitate executive steering committee meetings
Prepare executive dashboards and status reports
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
Coordinate technical and business stakeholders
Support data migration planning and execution
Oversee systems integration activities
Drive operational readiness and successful solution adoption
Ensure successful project delivery from initiation through implementation
Minimum 8 years of experience leading complex enterprise projects
PMP Certification (required)
Experience delivering enterprise software implementations
Strong project governance experience
Executive stakeholder management

Risk and issue management
Experience preparing executive-level reporting
Ability to provide two recent project references
