We are an internationally acclaimed videography company seeking a creative director/producer who would be thrilled to grow with us. This position entails management from pre-production to post-production, bringing life to everything our clients envision and more. We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Creative Director/Producer to lead innovative visual storytelling and oversee the development of compelling digital content. This role combines creative leadership with project management, driving the conceptualization, design, and execution of engaging campaigns across multiple platforms. As a key driver of our brand’s visual identity, you will inspire teams, coordinate production workflows, and ensure that all deliverables meet high standards of quality and creativity. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to shape impactful projects while collaborating with talented professionals dedicated to pushing creative boundaries.

Duties

Lead the creative vision for digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and audience engagement goals
Manage end-to-end project workflows from concept development through final delivery, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control
Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop innovative concepts that enhance brand visibility and user experience
Oversee the creation of visual assets using tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Houdini, Cinema 4D, Maya and Blender
Maintain consistency in visual design standards such as typography, color schemes, and layout principles across all projects
Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers when necessary to ensure timely completion of deliverables

Skills

Strong expertise in digital design, graphic design, and visual storytelling techniques
Proficiency with abovementioned design software tools
Solid understanding of marketing principles and how to craft compelling visual narratives that drive engagement
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide creative teams toward shared goals
Deep understanding of typography and its role in enhancing readability and aesthetic appeal
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
