We are currently seeking a Client Communications Agent who enjoys speaking with people, building rapport, and helping customers discover services that genuinely benefit them. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients who have already shown interest, learning about their needs, and guiding them through the enrollment process for our monthly services.

Client Communications Agents’ Responsibilities:

Connect with prospective clients who have expressed interest in learning more about services we offer
Build positive, professional relationships through clear and engaging communication
Understand customer needs and recommend services that align with their goals
Guide clients through the enrollment process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Answer questions and provide accurate information about available services
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and enrollment activity
Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a strong customer-first mindset
Collaborate with team members and leadership to continuously improve the client experience
