About Hamilton Sports Group
Hamilton Sports Group (HSG), a dynamic and growing force in sport and entertainment, owns the Hamilton Tiger-Cats and Forge FC and has a track record of staging major events ranging from concerts to outdoor NHL games to international soccer matches to Grey Cups. With a rich history in football dating back to 1869, the Tiger-Cats are renowned for their on-field success and community engagement in the Canadian Football League (CFL). Forge FC, four-time Canadian Premier League (CPL) champions, epitomizes soccer excellence. Together, these teams represent the best that Canadian sport has to offer.
Position Summary
The Community Partnerships Coordinator is the operational hub of the Community Partnerships & Player Relations department, working closely with the Manager to execute community programs, player and alumni appearances, and stakeholder relationships across both the Hamilton Tiger-Cats and Forge FC. This role owns day-to-day scheduling, on-site delivery, and tracking for both clubs.
HSG treats community engagement as a revenue-driving function, not a goodwill exercise on its own. This role is expected to help convert community programming into measurable outcomes. For example, fan pipeline growth, sponsor return on investment, downstream ticket and revenue conversion, and community impact.
