About Vault Marketing Group

Vault Marketing Group works with established client brands to deliver live, in-person promotional campaigns across the Saint John region. We build teams of people who are good with the public, take their work seriously, and want an environment where performance actually leads somewhere.

The Position

We're hiring a full-time Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our Saint John team. You'll be on-site at live brand events and community activations — meeting consumers, answering questions, and representing our clients with professionalism and enthusiasm. This is a field-based role. The work is active, the environment is fast-paced, and no two days are exactly the same.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Attending scheduled brand activations and promotional events across the Saint John area
Greeting consumers and creating a welcoming, professional first impression
Learning assigned campaign and product details thoroughly before each activation
Listening to what customers need and walking them through relevant options clearly
Handling questions and concerns with patience and accuracy
Bringing each consumer interaction to a proper resolution
Logging daily activity and contributing observations to the broader team
Showing up to team training sessions and applying what you take away from them

Who This Role Suits

At ease starting conversations with strangers in public settings
Stays composed and professional when things get busy or a customer gets difficult
Takes ownership of their results without waiting to be directed
Coachable — genuinely open to feedback and willing to apply it
Must be 18 or older and legally eligible to work in Canada
Full-time availability required
No previous experience needed — we train from the ground up

Vault Marketing Group trains every new hire properly before putting them in front of a client. You'll work alongside an experienced team, rotate across different brand campaigns, and be evaluated on what you actually deliver. We promote from within — if you perform, there's somewhere to go.
