Ebb & Flow is looking for a Production Spray Paint Technician to join our growing studio team! This position is available immediately, with shifts starting as half-days and flexible start times.

Our Company:
Ebb & Flow is a fast-growing company specializing in handmade, small-batch home goods. Our products—refillable candles, home mists, incense, and small concrete creations—are crafted in our Bracebridge studio using our unique production process. We sell both wholesale and online at www.ebbandflow.ca.
Responsibilities:
Complete the finishing process for our handcrafted concrete products, including prepping pieces, patching and sanding surfaces, spray painting, applying protective finishes, performing quality checks, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace and equipment. Candidates should have previous painting or spray painting experience; training will be provided on our products, techniques, and workflow.
Quality Control: identifying product defects and ensuring our quality standards are met.
The candidate will need to meet production quotas while achieving below defect tolerances.
Ideal candidate:
- Enjoys working with their hands and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
- Has previous painting or spray painting experience.
- Enjoys working independently.
- Enthusiastic, reliable and eager to learn our products and techniques.
- Is comfortable wearing a respirator and other required PPE for extended periods.
- Ability to multi-task, think critically & problem solve on the fly.
- Has exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for consistency, colour, and finish quality.
- Interest in optimizing the production process.
- Experience working with concrete or other finishing materials is an asset, but not required.

Compensation will start at $18/hour with potential to increase based on performance.
