Registered Physiotherapist (Full-Time / Part-Time / Contractor)

East York, Toronto, ON

About Us

We are a growing multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic in East York dedicated to delivering exceptional patient-centred care. Our clinic offers physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, osteopathy, and other rehabilitation services in a collaborative and supportive environment.

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Registered Physiotherapist to join our team. Whether you are an experienced clinician or a recent graduate eager to build your career, we offer opportunities for mentorship, professional growth, and clinical autonomy.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions using exercise therapy, manual therapy, education, and functional rehabilitation.
Manage a diverse outpatient caseload, including musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, post-operative, neurological, vestibular, chronic pain, sports injuries, and geriatric patients.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.
Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, self-management strategies, and home exercise programs.
Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation in accordance with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario standards.
Collaborate with chiropractors, massage therapists, osteopaths, physiotherapist assistants, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated patient care.
Supervise Physiotherapist Assistants, where appropriate.
Contribute to a positive, patient-focused, and collaborative clinic culture.

Qualifications

Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
Independent Practice Certificate preferred. Resident Physiotherapists are encouraged to apply.
Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
New graduates are welcome to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in outpatient orthopaedic physiotherapy.
Experience treating seniors and patients with balance or mobility impairments.
Manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation experience.
Experience using Jane App or other electronic medical records is an asset.
