This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring/Summer, 2026, it will be a full time seasonal role.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support, training and coaching to ensure the front of house team delivers an interactive, knowledgeable and professional Food & Beverage experience.
- Actively participating in the daily Food & Beverage operation including coordination of scheduling, recognition and performance management duties – all with best office view you could ask for!
- Coordinate Food & Beverage orders and inventory with the Food & Beverage Manager.
- Ensure accuracy in cash, debit and credit card transactions. Preparation and verification of daily cash reports.
- Act as the direct line of support in handling any service-related issues, actively listening to guest concerns/issues and finding effective resolution. Escalating as required.
- Ensure the restaurant area is clean and always organized.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- At least one year of Food & Beverage supervisory experience.
- Detail oriented, strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience with high volume and demonstrated professionalism under pressure.
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time in both an indoor and outdoor environment at a high altitude. Be prepared for all weather conditions (Snow, Rain, Wind, Hail)
- Proven track record of “safety first” practices an asset
- Previous experience with POS, Microsoft Office, cash handling/cash out
- Secondary language skills an asset
The starting wage for this role is $21.00/hour.
