Join Our Team at Stuck on Designs!

Are you passionate about providing outstanding customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced and friendly environment? If so, we’d love for you to join our team at Stuck on Designs as a Customer Service Representative! In this role, you'll be the face of our store, helping create a positive and seamless shopping experience for every customer.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude.
Creating sales orders from emails, phone calls, and walk in customers.
Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and promotions.
Process sales transactions quickly and accurately using our POS system.
Handle customer concerns, complaints, and returns with professionalism and empathy.
Keep the sales floor and customer service areas clean, organized, and inviting.
Help stock shelves, organize merchandise, and assist with inventory.
Work with your team to achieve sales goals and store objectives.
Stay up to date on our store policies, procedures, and promotions.
Take on additional tasks as needed, supporting the store manager.

What We’re Looking For:

A high school diploma or equivalent.
Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with others.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
A positive attitude and a collaborative team player!
