Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and cooking, with experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients
Ensure all food handling practices meet safety and sanitation regulations
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and cooking equipment throughout shifts
Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
Follow health and safety guidelines diligently during all food service activities
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Experience in meal preparation within a fast-paced environment is advantageous
Strong understanding of the food industry’s best practices for cleanliness and safety
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
