WHAT TO EXPECT
At Coldstream Clear, our Warehouse & Distribution team plays a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately, safely, and on time. From licensed establishments to residential customers, our team is committed to providing exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
As an Fulfillment & Delivery Driver, you'll divide your time between warehouse operations and local deliveries throughout Nova Scotia. This hands-on position requires someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in accuracy, and values providing excellent customer service.
You'll work closely with Warehouse, Production, Sales, and Customer Service teams to ensure orders are picked, loaded, and delivered efficiently while maintaining compliance with provincial liquor regulations.
YOUR ROLE
Reporting to the Warehouse & Distribution Manager, the Fulfillment & Delivery Driver is responsible for accurately picking customer orders, preparing shipments, and safely delivering beverage alcohol products to licensed establishments and residential customers throughout Nova Scotia.
This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, safe driving practices, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while representing the Coldstream Clear brand.
Success in this role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys staying active, works well independently, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.
Above all, this role represents Coldstream Clear with professionalism while ensuring products are delivered safely, accurately, and efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse systems.

Safely load, transport, and unload beverage alcohol products including bottles, cans, and kegs.

Safely operate a Transit Van and/or small Cube Truck for local deliveries.

Deliver products to licensed establishments, retail customers, and residential customers

Verify orders and delivery documentation while obtaining required customer signatures.

Follow all provincial liquor regulations and transportation requirements.

Maintain delivery schedules while communicating any delays or issues promptly.

Inspect delivery vehicles daily and report maintenance concerns.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and delivery vehicles.

Work collaboratively with Warehouse, Sales, Production, and Customer Service teams.

Safely operate warehouse equipment including electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks (where certified).

Ensure products are handled safely to minimize damage during picking and transportation.
Skills, tools & Systems
-
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
-
Ability to safely operate Transit Vans and Cube Trucks.

Previous warehouse order picking experience in a high-volume environment.

Previous delivery driving experience (beverage or alcohol industry considered an asset).

Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners.

Ability to safely lift and carry up to 100 lbs. and maneuver kegs using appropriate equipment.

Experience operating electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently while managing daily priorities.

Knowledge of provincial liquor regulations (or willingness to learn).

Additional Information

Candidates must be legally eligible to handle and transport beverage alcohol.

This is a physically demanding position requiring regular lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading of beverage products and kegs.

Training will be provided on company procedures, warehouse systems, and safe equipment operation.
