Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive online engagement, and support sales initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across various digital platforms, utilizing a broad skill set to optimize marketing campaigns and analyze their effectiveness. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative marketing solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing channels.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
Manage content creation and updates on WordPress websites, ensuring consistency with branding standards.
Design engaging graphics and visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design tools.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other analytics tools to optimize results.
Implement HTML, CSS, and JavaScript modifications to enhance website functionality and user experience.
Coordinate with the team on e-commerce initiatives to improve product listings, promotions, and online sales funnels.
Assist in planning and executing digital advertising strategies to increase brand reach and engagement.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities for growth.
Maintain organized records of marketing activities, campaign results, and analytics reports for ongoing evaluation.

Skills

Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing tools.
Proficiency in SEO best practices, keyword research, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Experience with website management using WordPress; familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Skilled in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite.
Understanding of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies.
Ability to analyze data effectively to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaigns.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Knowledge of Google AdWords, Google Analytics, SQL, and other relevant digital marketing tools is preferred.
