Full job description

Overview

We're looking for a full-time Paint Applicator to join our team. We’re a family-run business that takes pride in quality work, a positive shop atmosphere, and taking care of the people who work with us. Many of our employees have been with us for years, and we’re proud of the strong team we’ve built.

Responsibilities

Spray powder coating and baking enamels on metal parts.
Prepare parts for coating by cleaning and masking materials.
Inspect finished parts for quality, coverage, and consistency.
Clean and maintain spray equipment, booths, and work areas.
Follow safety procedures and production guidelines.
Help keep the shop running smoothly as part of a supportive team.
Support continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing techniques

Qualifications

Experience with powder coating, spray painting, or industrial finishing is preferred.
A good eye for detail and pride in doing quality work.
Willingness to learn new techniques and products.
A positive attitude and a team-first mindset.
Ability to work in a production environment and perform repetitive tasks.
Reliable, punctual, and ready to grow with the company.

This position provides an engaging opportunity for individuals eager to develop their skills within the manufacturing industry while contributing to high-quality production standards.

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
