Now, we're looking for a charismatic and savvy English-speaking host to join our team and captivate the Canadian and international market!
The Role:
As a Live Host, you will be the face and voice of our brand. You will be responsible for driving sales and building a loyal community through entertaining and informative live broadcasts in English. Your primary focus will be on categories like handbags, jewelry, and accessories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Host engaging, high-energy, and informative live selling streams in English on platforms like Poshmark Live, Instagram Live, and others.
- Showcase product features, condition, and authenticity in an compelling way, telling the story behind each luxury piece.
- Prepare scripts and video shooting for social media video posting, including introducing selected bags, fashion and stylist advice, etc.
- Actively interact with viewers, answer questions in real-time, and build a strong rapport with our global audience.
- Drive sales by creating a sense of urgency and excitement, effectively guiding viewers through the purchasing process.
- Collaborate with our back-end team on product selection, live stream planning, and content strategy.
- Analyze live stream performance and viewer feedback to continuously improve the broadcast quality and sales results.
Qualifications:
- A fluent English speaker with exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
- A natural-born entertainer! You are charismatic, camera-confident, and have an engaging on-screen presence.
- A genuine passion for and strong knowledge of **luxury fashion brands** (e.g., Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, etc.). Experience with pre-owned luxury is a significant plus.
- Possess a strong sales mentality and the ability to persuade and connect with an online audience.
- Quick-thinking and adaptable, able to handle the fast-paced and unpredictable nature of live broadcasting.
- A team player with a positive, professional, and self-motivated attitude.
- Previous experience in live streaming, video hosting, acting, retail sales (especially luxury), or a related field is highly desirable.
