Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and attentive Front Desk Clerk/ to join our hospitality team. This role is vital in providing exceptional guest services , ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining the overall guest experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and a strong understanding of hospitality operations. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist a diverse guest population.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests with professionalism and courtesy
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and effectively
Maintain accurate records of guest stays, billing, and reservations using hotel management software
Assist guests with concierge services, directions, or local recommendations as needed
Ensure the front desk area remains organized, clean, and welcoming throughout the shift
Uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction

Requirements

Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
Ability to work nights and weekends as required, this includes holidays
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse guests effectively
Experience with multi-line phone systems is desirable
Knowledge of guest services standards within the hospitality industry is beneficial
Professional appearance and friendly demeanor essential for creating a positive guest experience

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $19.50-$21.00 per hour
