Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service to enhance their experience
Manage cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and food handling standards
Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and utensils to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
Monitor guest consumption responsibly, promoting safe drinking practices and adhering to alcohol service regulations
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during busy hours and contribute to a positive team environment

Skills

Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably as a bartender or server
Strong knowledge of POS systems for accurate cashiering and transaction processing
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, making change, and managing tabs confidently
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
Familiarity with the food industry’s best practices for serving alcohol responsibly and maintaining a safe environment
Ability to work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced hospitality setting
