Nous recherchons un Chef d’équipe technique expérimenté pour rejoindre notre laboratoire d’essais à Saint-Hubert, relevant directement du Directeur de l’ingénierie. Ce poste consiste à développer, soutenir et optimiser des solutions techniques dans les secteurs de l’énergie et de l’industrie, en mettant l’accent sur la qualité, la sécurité et le travail d’équipe. SICAME est un groupe industriel international spécialisé dans les équipements et solutions électriques pour le transport et la distribution d’énergie. L’entreprise s’engage à favoriser l’innovation, la fiabilité et la transition vers des réseaux électriques plus sûrs et plus performants.

Responsabilités principales

Diriger, encadrer et mobiliser l’équipe du laboratoire (5 techniciens, 1 ingénieur)
Agir comme référence technique et coordonner les activités du laboratoire
Concevoir, améliorer et documenter les bancs d’essais électriques
Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problématiques techniques liées aux essais
Définir et mettre à jour les protocoles de tests
Réaliser les essais électriques et rédiger les rapports techniques
Offrir un support technique sur les équipements
Collaborer aux projets d’automatisation et soutenir la production
Promouvoir les normes de santé et sécurité

Profil recherché

Excellentes connaissances en électricité et électronique
Expérience en bancs d’essais haute tension
Connaissance de LabVIEW
Expérience en automatisation et systèmes de contrôle
Leadership, autonomie, rigueur et sens de l’organisation
Engagement envers la sécurité

Exigences

Baccalauréat en génie électrique
Ingénieur(e) membre de l’Ordre (obligatoire)
5 à 8 ans d’expérience pertinente
Bilinguisme requis (français et anglais)

We are seeking an experienced Technical Team Lead to join our testing laboratory in Saint-Hubert, reporting directly to the Director of Engineering. This role focuses on developing, supporting, and optimizing technical solutions within the energy and industrial sectors, with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and collaboration. SICAME is a global industrial group specializing in electrical equipment and solutions for energy transmission and distribution. Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and supervise the laboratory team (5 technicians, 1 engineer)
Act as the technical authority and coordinate lab activities
Design, improve, and document electrical test benches
Troubleshoot technical issues related to testing systems
Develop and maintain test protocols
Conduct electrical testing and prepare technical reports
Provide technical support for equipment
Support automation and production projects
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards

Qualifications & Skills

Strong electrical & electronic engineering expertise
Experience with high-voltage test benches
Knowledge of LabVIEW
Background in automation & control systems
Leadership, autonomy, and attention to detail
Strong safety mindset

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Licensed Professional Engineer (required)
5–8 years of relevant experience
Bilingual (French & English)
