We are hiring a passionate, hospitality-focused Pastry Cook to join our kitchen team! We are on the lookout for dedicated and energetic individuals to execute our menu with precision and pride. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods, strictly following standardized recipes, and maintaining high standards in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:

Proofing, baking, frying, garnishing, and preparing all mise en place items.
Setting up and maintaining your station with necessary ingredients, tools, and equipment, including managing par levels to ensure continuous flow during service. - Maintaining cleanliness in your work area, including regular cleaning of prep surfaces, tools, and equipment.
Adhering to food safety guidelines by following proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
Ensuring all ingredients are prepped according to standardized recipes, supporting the consistent execution of the menu.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of previous kitchen experience is mandatory.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays, as required. If you share our passion for creating exceptional experiences, we’d love to hear from you!

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
