You could work coaching our clients remotely from your quiet home office:
- Without the cost, time, and headaches marketing yourself.
- Without doing a single "free strategy session".
- Without worrying about collecting (or chasing!) payments from clients.

THE CANDIDATES WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The professionals we are looking for are strong, grounded, and able to manage the intensity and effort that comes with working with adults who have ADHD.
You are a hard worker, energetic, tenacious, and extremely professional. You know from experience how difficult it is to get your own coaching clients and you'll commit to ensuring the clients we send you to coach are in the best hands possible.
We measure your success as a coach by the progress of your clients.
Personal Qualities:
- Confident, calm, and authoritative; able to lead with charisma, conviction, and a grounded presence.
- Energetic and professional on the phone and in video sessions.
- Very strong work-ethic. You strive to be the Best at what you do.
- Smart and Quick. Our clients are FAST and our coaches must be at least 1 step ahead.
- You are highly intuitive and able to read people quickly.
- Trainable and Coachable! A strong desire to Learn and Implement a directive coaching methodology.
Qualifications:
- You have been coaching professionally, with over 3 years of experience being paid by clients to coach.
- You have a minimum 10 years experience as a paid Professional working 1-on-1 with clients (does not have to be coaching).
- You have a College /University DEGREE.
- You have Excellent task management and productivity skills.
- You have a strong work ethic. You are willing and able to put in the time and effort to be the best coach for our clients.
- You "Get" / Understand people who have ADHD.
- Superb ability to coach clients with deeper personal challenges. You must be able to go "deep" with our clients to overcome self-esteem issues, fears, depression, anxiety, self-sabotage, etc.
- North American long distance plan on a High Quality phone-line, or a crystal clear cell phone connection.
- Ability to coach 50 weeks/ year. Our coaches are able to take one week off from coaching, two times per year. Traveling more often is fine as long as you still coach your clients.
- You must be willing to continually learn, and always wanting to improve.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
- This is a contract position with a MINIMUM 24 month commitment.
- This is a legitimate coaching position for strong and experienced coaches. This is Not an "easy work from home job". You will need to put in time and effort to be fully trained. Our clients are beyond Awesome and Brilliant; yet they're not always easy.
- Coaches are expected to take on a MINIMUM of 20 one-hour clients each week after working with us for the first 3 months. We provide you with clients who will all have weekly 1-hr coaching sessions, plus short text check-ins with you between their weekly sessions to help keep them on track.
- There is a 6-8 week Certification Program which you may complete on your own time in order to be approved to coach our clients. We will provide the certification program at no cost to you.
- Once you begin coaching our clients, there will be mandatory weekly professional development with Company Founder Shanna Pearson in addition to any individual training the coach may require.
- You will be assigned a Coach Mentor from our team who will guide you as needed for the first few months.
- There is no cost to our coaches for the certification training or any additional support we provide. (Coaches outside our company pay $25,000/year for Shanna's training and personal mentoring).
- All new coaches start at $55 CAD per hour with room to grow over time.
- Location is remote - work from your quiet home office.

- This is NOT "Life Coaching" This is highly directive and implementation-based performance coaching, as well as personal & professional development specifically for adults who have ADHD.
OUR COACHING TEAM:
Our coaches each coach between 20-25+ clients/week.
- We have a diverse team of over 30 expert coaches so that we are able to match each new client with a coach who is a perfect fit for that client's particular challenges and coaching needs - ensuring a great client-coach relationship from the start!
- All coaching sessions take place over the phone (and occasionally over video conference) on a HIGH QUALITY phone-line. If your cell phone quality on the listener's end is not crystal clear, you may need to get a land-line.
