Summary

'We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist/Sales professional to join our team at Blinds Hub Ltd. This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations at our retail location in Canada, helping us deliver exceptional service to our customers and support our sales efforts.'
'Responsibilities'
' Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries.

Manage front desk operations including answering multi-line phone systems.
Process sales transactions accurately using office software.
Maintain organized records and files.
Support sales team with administrative tasks.
Ensure excellent customer service and uphold company values.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
Handle data entry and bookkeeping as needed.'
'Qualifications'
'
Proven experience in office administration or customer service.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism.
Friendly demeanor with strong customer support skills.
Previous retail or front desk experience is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bilingual abilities are an asset but not mandatory.'
