We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Picker/Shipper/Receiver to manage our daily logistics operations. In this role, you will ensure the accurate and seamless processing of all incoming and outgoing shipments. You will work closely with our warehouse team to receive, store, retrieve, and distribute finished products and parts. Because your accuracy directly impacts manufacturing, product service, and overall customer satisfaction, we are looking for a dedicated professional who takes pride in maintaining high standards and a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Shipping & Receiving Operations
- Verify Shipments: Match physical products against shipping orders, purchase orders, and pick lists.
- Load & Unload: Regularly load and unload shipments from delivery vehicles.
- Quality Audits: Inspect the condition of incoming and outgoing goods before signing off on deliveries.
- Log & Label: Systematically log and label all incoming merchandise and finished parts.
- Documentation: Ensure all shipments contain accurate paperwork, including complete item lists for multi-item orders.
- Track Status: Monitor and trace the status of outgoing and incoming shipments.
Inventory & Vendor Support
- Inventory Control: Update inventory databases to ensure accurate tracking of finished goods and parts.
- Supply Management: Maintain and manage stock levels for shipping materials and warehouse supplies.
- Vendor Relations: Interface professionally with third-party shipping companies and couriers.
- Kitting/Requisitions: Pick specific parts to fulfill requisitions for manufacturing and product service departments.
Safety & Warehouse Upkeep
- Safety First: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area according to safety regulations.
- Standards Adherence: Follow standard operating procedures and safe lifting methods at all times.
- Administrative Duties: Process and organize tracking records, waybills, and general paperwork.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in a dedicated Shipping and Receiving or Warehouse role is preferred.
- Equipment & Licensing: Experienced in forklift operation with a valid Class G driver’s license.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with computers, including email and Microsoft Excel. Experience with computerized inventory control databases (SAP asset).
- Logistics Knowledge: Familiar with filling out waybills, bills of lading, and international shipping documentation.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
- Physical Demand: Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Environment: Able to work comfortably in a warehouse setting with varying seasonal temperatures.
- Interpersonal: Requires strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and vendors.
