Media Buyer (iGaming)

Are you a performance-driven media buyer who thrives on scaling campaigns, analyzing data, and driving measurable growth? We're partnering with an established global organization to find an experienced Media Buyer who can take ownership of high-budget user acquisition campaigns across multiple paid channels.

This is an opportunity to work with cutting-edge marketing technology, collaborate with experienced creative and growth teams, and make a direct impact on acquisition performance in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

As the Media Buyer, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns focused on driving high-quality mobile app installs and first-time deposits.

Your responsibilities will include:

Plan, launch, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and StackAdapt .
Manage and scale high-value media budgets while maximizing ROAS, retention, and customer lifetime value .
Utilize AppsFlyer for attribution, event mapping, cohort analysis, and campaign performance tracking.
Partner closely with creative and design teams to develop and iterate high-performing static and video ad creatives.
Execute structured A/B testing across audiences, placements, bidding strategies, and creatives to continuously improve campaign performance.
Monitor and optimize campaign efficiency through real-time adjustments to targeting, bidding, segmentation, and creative rotation.
Build and maintain reporting frameworks that provide clear visibility across the entire acquisition funnel.
Stay ahead of industry developments, including SKAdNetwork (SKAN), privacy updates, attribution changes, and platform best practices.
Align brand awareness initiatives with performance marketing strategies to maximize cross-channel effectiveness.
Identify and test new growth opportunities across programmatic advertising, influencer channels, and emerging ad platforms.

Required Skills and Experience

4+ years of hands-on experience in Media Buying, Performance Marketing, or User Acquisition .
Proven success managing and optimizing large-scale advertising budgets with measurable business outcomes.
Strong experience running campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and StackAdapt .
Deep understanding of campaign optimization, bid strategies, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization.
Solid knowledge of mobile app acquisition, AppsFlyer , attribution, and post-install event optimization.
Experience collaborating with creative, design, or motion teams to improve ad performance through testing and iteration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Expertise in A/B testing methodologies and performance optimization focused on ROAS and first-time deposit (FTD) funnels.

Nice to Have

Previous experience within the iGaming industry.
Experience with server-to-server (S2S) integrations and event tracking.
Hands-on experience with AppsFlyer integrations, Meta Pixel, or TikTok Events API .
A strong creative instinct combined with a performance-first marketing mindset.
