Do you enjoy crafts, building things by hand, and making sure the finished product looks just right?

Aroh Inc. is looking for a reliable, organised, and detail-oriented Creative Production Assembler to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, notices small imperfections, and takes pride in producing clean, polished, high-quality products. Previous signage or manufacturing experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person with strong attention to detail, good hand skills, and a desire to learn.

Aroh Inc. is a Canadian leader in wayfinding and signage solutions with more than 25 years of experience. We design, manufacture, and install signage for retirement, long-term care, healthcare, and other public environments.

What You Will Do

Assemble and finish signage products.
Work with acrylic, wood, vinyl, metal, printed graphics, and adhesives.
Apply vinyl lettering, graphics, laminates, and decorative components.
Review work orders, drawings, and assembly instructions.
Measure, align, inspect, clean, and package finished products.
Assist with printing and graphic production.
Use hand tools, measuring tools, and production equipment.
Keep materials, tools, and work areas clean and organised.
Work with the production team to meet quality and scheduling requirements.

You May Be a Good Fit If

You enjoy crafts, model-making, woodworking, decorating, assembly, or other detailed hands-on work.
Have a strong eye for alignment, spacing, colour, and finish quality.
Are patient, organised, dependable, and careful.
Take pride in doing the job properly.
Can follow instructions and work independently.
Enjoy learning new materials, tools, and production techniques.
Work well as part of a team.

Helpful Experience

Experience in sign making, vinyl graphics, printing, picture framing, cabinetry, woodworking,

furniture finishing, crafts, product assembly, or light manufacturing is an asset.

Experience with roll-to-roll or flatbed UV printers is helpful but not required.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
