Express Employment Professionals are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrative Assistant to join one of our client's team.

Responsibilities:

Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
Assist with bookkeeping and basic financial record keeping using QuickBooks or similar software
Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and scheduling appointments
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Coordinate with team members to ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly

Qualifications

Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records
Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and communication abilities
Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude and professionalism

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
