Full job description

If you enjoy working outdoors, discovering new locations, and are driven by ambition, FTE Drilling has a great opportunity for you.

As a Drilling Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in leading safe, efficient drilling operations while helping your team perform at a high level.

This is a Fly-in Fly-out (FIFO) position.

You'll be responsible for :

Supervise drilling operations on-site
Monitor team performance and ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently
Plan and optimize production activities to meet project targets
Ensure crews follow drilling procedures, quality standards, and health & safety requirements
Coordinate daily operational priorities with the team and support functions
