Senior Structural Packaging Designer

Job description

PakFactory is a leading online packaging platform in North America and we have a career opportunity available for an experienced, result-driven individual seeking employment as a Packaging Design & Prepress Manager. We are the ultimate destination for custom printed boxes and packaging, packaging engineering, prototyping, packaging design and all other packaging related services. Your role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Packaging & Structural Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating innovative packaging designs, utilizing industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite, and possess strong knowledge of print production processes. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop visually compelling packaging solutions, ensuring all designs meet brand guidelines and technical specifications, and managing prepress preparation for print production. A keen eye for detail, ability to work under tight deadlines, and a passion for design are essential. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Structural Packaging Design, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in packaging design, especially on dieline and prepress production processes.
Knowledge of using ESKO ArtiosCAD
Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative packaging solutions and design skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
Mandarin is an asset.

Experience:

completed Esko ArtiosCAD training course (required)
ESKO ArtiosCAD: 3 years (required)
