Overview

Join our dynamic customer service team as a CSR - Customer Service Representative, where your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive exceptional service experiences. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, engaging with customers across multiple channels to resolve inquiries, provide product information, and foster lasting relationships. Your multilingual abilities and analysis skills will empower you to deliver personalized solutions that meet diverse customer needs. Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Utilize data entry skills to accurately record customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our systems.
Assist customers by providing detailed product information, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through solutions.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive interactions with a diverse clientele.
Conduct analysis of customer feedback and transaction data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
Support bilingual customers by providing seamless service in English and Spanish, ensuring clear understanding on both ends.

Experience

Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably within a call center or retail environment.
Strong data entry capabilities with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
Multilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable to serve a broader customer base effectively.
Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal expression.
Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret customer data and provide actionable insights.
Experience in sales or upselling techniques that enhance the customer experience while achieving business goals.
Familiarity with phone etiquette standards and professional conduct during all customer interactions.
