Adecco is currently hiring an Executive Assistant for a temporary contract opportunity in North York, ON. This fully onsite role is ideal for a seasoned administrative professional with experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced corporate environment where professionalism, discretion, and exceptional organizational skills are essential.
In this position, you will provide high-level executive support to the SVP who also serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate executive and governance-related activities, prepare confidential materials, and serve as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

Pay Rate: $35.00 per hour
Location: North York, ON | 100% Onsite
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 5 days per week onsite
Employment Type: Full-Time | Temporary Contract, August to December 2026 with Possible Extension

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to the SVP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and coordination of meetings across multiple stakeholders
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and confidential documents
- Coordinate board and governance-related meetings, materials, and logistics
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Manage travel arrangements, expense reporting, and related administrative tasks
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership
Support special projects and initiatives as required

Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives (C-suite or equivalent), preferably within corporate environments
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
