Position Overview

Elevate the Genesis Experience

At Genesis, luxury is about more than the vehicle. It’s about creating an exceptional, personalized experience at every interaction.

We are looking for a Genesis Experience Manager to join our team! This is a unique opportunity for a polished, energetic and customer-focused individual who understands that exceptional hospitality, attention to detail and relationship building are at the heart of a luxury automotive experience.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

As the Genesis Experience Manager, you will be responsible for creating a seamless and memorable experience for every Genesis guest.

Welcome every guest with a warm, professional and personalized experience.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Genesis guests throughout their dealership experience.
Coordinate and oversee the Genesis guest journey, from initial arrival through vehicle delivery and ownership.
Schedule and coordinate vehicle demonstrations, test drives and product experiences.
Conduct or coordinate personalized vehicle orientations and delivery experiences.
Follow up with guests after delivery to ensure satisfaction and strengthen the relationship.
Maintain regular communication with Genesis owners and prospective customers.
Coordinate owner events, product launches, VIP experiences and dealership hospitality initiatives.
Work closely with Sales, Service and Parts to ensure a consistent luxury experience across the dealership.
Identify opportunities to exceed guest expectations and create memorable moments.
Maintain a high standard of presentation throughout the Genesis showroom and guest areas.
Assist with CRM follow-up and ensure customer interactions and follow-up activities are properly documented.
Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the Genesis experience.
Help develop and maintain a strong Genesis owner community in Regina and surrounding markets.

Qualifications Required

The ideal candidate is someone who naturally understands hospitality and luxury service

Sales Manager and/or Finance experience is considered an asset.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
A polished, professional and engaging personality.
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to build meaningful relationships with customers.
Confidence interacting with high-value clients and VIP guests.
A proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
Strong follow-through and accountability.
Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, automotive, hotels, restaurants or another high-touch customer service environment is an asset.
Automotive experience is helpful but not required.
