Salary: $18.50 to $21.00 per hour depending on experience

What We're Looking For:

Experienced: Prior security or law enforcement or 1+ years’ experience in the security industry is a plus.

Observant: Sharp eyes and quick problem-solving skills.

Flexible: Available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Fit: Able to stand and patrol for long periods.

Duties

Conduct regular patrols of the facility, including entrances, exits, and sensitive areas, to deter theft and unauthorized access.
Enforce loss prevention measures by identifying potential theft or vandalism and intervening appropriately.
Verify the identity of visitors, contractors, and employees before granting access to the premises.
Respond promptly to alarms or emergency situations, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders as necessary.
Maintain detailed logs of security activities, incidents, and surveillance footage for reporting purposes.
Assist in implementing safety protocols aligned with company policies and legal requirements.

Requirements

Ability to perform physical patrols and stand for extended periods while maintaining alertness.
Excellent observational skills with a keen eye for detail to identify potential threats or irregularities.
Effective communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and professionally.
Ability to respond calmly and efficiently during emergencies or high-pressure situations.
