Full job description

The Home Inn & Suites Regina East is now hiring a Full-Time Night Auditor. You must be able to work 8 hours shifts from 11pm-7am.

What You'll Do:

Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
Handle guest requests for information, such as directions or recommendations for local attractions
Operate the hotel phone system, transferring calls and taking messages accurately
Process the night audittasks, including reconciling accounts and preparing reports
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Your Availability:

Any day 11pm-7am

Your Background:

The successful candidate must be a driven, self starter who is motivated and eager to learn.
You will excel at customer service as you would be the first point of contact for arriving and departing guests.
Perform front desk duties during the evening as well as end-of-day accounting duties.
Preference will be given to those applicants with basic computer skills, previous customer service experience, and previous hotel experience including using the OPERA property management system.
You must have a strong work ethic, dedication to guest service, and be reliable and self-motivated.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, love to smile, and exude Prairie Hospitality by making every guest feel warmly cared for and always welcome.
Candidates must have excellent English skills.
