Location - This role is hybrid with a mix of remote and in-person. Work primarily takes place at Enterprise Square.
Reporting to the AVP, Shared Services, the Consultant, Organizational Change Management, applies various change management practices and methodologies to assist users and stakeholders to understand, adapt, adopt and change to new process development, process transformation and the implementation of automation. By working collaboratively with others, the incumbent creates an informed change management strategy that includes communications and training/development, and builds adoption. The Consultant works with the AVP Office and leadership team to provide project leaders with insight and recommendations on how to manage transformation.
Shared Services is a close-knit community of smart, approachable people who collaborate, exchange knowledge and identify solutions. Our team of experts problem-solves by collaborating with Centres of Expertise (centres providing strategic expertise and specialized services in specific functional areas), faculty and staff in order to see the whole end-to-end process and find a solution that works for the entire community. We provide advice, guidance and leadership in process, quality and accuracy.

Collaborates with the AVP, Shared Services, Strategic Initiatives Officer, and other senior leaders to establish credibility and influence. Persuades leaders and the University community to adopt recommended changes, providing counsel on leading transformation through Shared Services projects. Presents thoughtful, evidence-based arguments when addressing opposition.

Serves as a resource to area leadership change management frameworks, practices, and techniques. Is included in complex, specialized change processes on behalf of Shared Services.

Supports the creation and development of a change management toolkit for Shared Services.

Works with other team members to redesign Shared Services practices and processes and to promote and sustain enduring change.

Oversees the development and delivery of communication, process documentation, and user training for sustained change.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
-
Certification(s) in Organizational Change Management (Prosci, CCMP, etc.).

3-5 years of progressive experience in Organizational Change Management.

Experience with a large, complex and unionized environment preferred.

Preference will be given to candidates with French language proficiency.

This position has a comprehensive benefits package and an annual salary range of $71,250 to $118,744.
