Brand Manager – Marketing, Events & Industry Relations
We are a growing B2B construction services company transitioning from a small business to a medium-sized organization, and we're looking for someone to grow with us.
This is a hands-on, multifaceted role reporting directly to the Executive Leadership Team. You'll lead our marketing, social media, industry relationships, events, trade shows, and brand strategy while helping shape the next stage of our company's growth.

Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain active memberships in industry related associations.
Attend all related industry events with the purpose of networking & brand awareness. Association participation in GTA ; 9 associations, you must attend all association events, 15 to 20 events a month, 1 hour - 4 hours, all day (90% Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm, the odd evening event.

Association committee engagement.
Join 2 committees for each association a total of 18 committees
Social Media – Run all day-to-day social media & communications, content creation (Must post daily for Stadia, Odbyrne, & Personal Linkedin)
Manage & track budgets, expenses, invoicing, and financial administration for events and communications
Organize internal & external company events & fundraisers
(Internal events; axe throwing, Christmas, BBQs, ice cream trucks)
(External events; Customer sponsorships & fundraisers)
Create, edit and present all marketing & communications
Lead event logistics, vendor coordination, sponsorship activations, and operational execution for multiple concurrent initiatives
Working with Vendors & Stakeholders
Coordinate the selection, pricing, and procurement of branded apparel, promotional merchandise, business cards, and vehicle graphics.
Trade shows plans and execute 3 shows a year, 1 in USA
Mascot (you will be responsible for booking and managing mascot costume logistics for all events.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in Communications, Events, or Program Coordination
Experience managing vendors and coordinating logistics for events or initiatives
Experience creating or editing communication materials (e.g., presentations, emails, or event content)
Confidence using tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Zoom)
Skills:
Strong organizational, writing, and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and strong follow-through
Independently responsible and ability to multitask multiple tasks and prioritize
Community & Relationship Building
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, PR, Event Management or related field or equivalent experience in a Brand Management role.

Compensation:
$65,000 to 85,000 (This is entirely dependent on skill and experience)
Education allowance $2500 per year
