The Opportunity
We're looking for a relationship-driven, highly organized, and ambitious Trades & Technical Recruitment Associate to join our growing recruitment team.

You'll support recruitment projects across skilled trades, industrial, technical, engineering, operations, and professional roles while developing expertise in talent sourcing, recruitment strategy, workforce planning, and client advisory.
You won't be expected to know everything on day one.
What matters most is your curiosity, initiative, professionalism, and desire to become exceptional at recruitment.
You will collaborate across Hughes Collective's broader service lines and support projects led by other Portfolio Leaders, giving you exposure to recruitment, talent management, workforce planning, employer branding, HR consulting, and client advisory work.
This role is primarily remote and based in Saskatoon, with regular in-person collaboration, client visits, site tours, networking events, and industry meetings.
