Airbnb Cleaner & Guest Services Coordinator (Co-Host Assistant)

Company: Richlink Cleaning Services
Location: Fredericton, New Brunswick and surrounding areas
Position Type: Part-Time / Casual (with opportunity for growth)

Compensation

$22.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience
Flexible scheduling
Performance bonuses based on reliability, guest reviews, and property inspection scores
Opportunities for additional hours and career growth as the business expands

Expected Hours: 10–30 hours per week, depending on guest bookings and property turnover schedules.

About the Role

Richlink Cleaning Services is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to support the management of our short-term rental properties. This role combines professional cleaning with guest communication and co-host responsibilities to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

The successful candidate will help maintain our Airbnb properties to the highest standards while assisting with guest inquiries, check-ins, and day-to-day property operations.

Key Responsibilities

Property Cleaning & Turnovers

Clean and sanitize Airbnb properties between guest stays
Change and launder bed linens and towels
Restock guest amenities and supplies
Inspect properties for cleanliness, damage, and maintenance issues
Ensure properties are guest-ready before each arrival
Report inventory shortages and maintenance concerns promptly

Guest Services & Co-Host Support

Respond to guest messages and inquiries promptly and professionally
Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
Provide local recommendations and support during guest stays
Handle guest concerns and resolve issues efficiently
Coordinate with property owners regarding guest needs and property matters
Monitor booking schedules and communicate turnover requirements

Property Management Support

Conduct routine property inspections
Assist with supply management and inventory tracking
Coordinate minor maintenance requests when required
Ensure compliance with company standards and guest expectations

Qualifications

Previous cleaning, hospitality, hotel, Airbnb, or customer service experience is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Comfortable using smartphones, messaging apps, and online booking platforms
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's licence are preferred
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when needed
