What will you be doing?
-
Manage total facility Continuous Improvement initiatives, provide coaching on lean tools, and drive projects through implementation to completion

Develop Operational Excellence annual plan with a focus on LAMPS (Lean Tools) that drive labor redeployment efficiencies, OEE improvements and shop floor space gains.

Lead cross-functional collaboration, idea generation, and value analysis to develop and prioritize VAVE pipeline

Responsible for quickly adapting to financial gaps through adjusting timing of improvement plans, creating additional improvements, and overall supporting the branch financial plan

Maintain a culture of functional and Operational Excellence, supports 5S, lean initiatives and to be a committed role model for our Company’s Beliefs and Behaviors.

Adhere to internal and external Business Processes and Certifications synonymous with a large US Incorporation operating within the Automotive Industry

Fulfill assigned primary, secondary and or tertiary deputy/back-up roles as assigned and required on occasion by the business.
We’re Looking For Someone With
-
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Lean Management, or similar degree
-
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in hands-on operational roles in supply chain management, engineering or manufacturing
-
Automotive experience
-
Experience in applying Lean Thinking principles in a manufacturing environment
-
Experience in project management
-
Strong understanding of LEAN principles and methodologies and implementing these Knowledge of Six Sigma
-
Ability to develop focused team activities

Excellent communication and organizational skills
Compensation
Salary ranges from $110,000 to $115,000 based on experience.
