WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive in-person administrative and operational support to our Senior Leadership Team.
This position reports directly to the Office Manager to ensure consistency in administrative standards, a unified way of working, and a dedicated point of contact for backup support during large events or high-demand periods.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, adept at managing multiple priorities, anticipating needs, and ensuring the smooth execution of various tasks across different departments.
This position will be based out of our Head Office, located in Liberty Village and offers a hybrid work schedule.
PAY RANGE
The anticipated base salary for this position is $70,000 to $80,000
Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

Calendar management: Scheduling, including internal and external meeting coordination, coordinating meeting agendas, etc.

Travel management: Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itinerary, business/visitor visa, and other logistics and bookings

Expense management: Organize expenses, upload receipts to Concur, expense allocation, process and manage invoicing.

Support team events, departmental lunch n learns and other ad-hoc projects.

Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

5-7+ years experience in a related role.

Extensive administrative experience in a fast-paced environment, with proven experience supporting multiple senior executives.

Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Adobe, Excel and other relevant productivity tools.

Familiarity with AI tools or automation technology to streamline administrative tasks and reduce workload.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills and High level of discretion and confidentiality.
