Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of food service operations, including serving, food preparation, and cooking. This role requires a strong commitment to food safety and excellent customer service skills. As a senior team member, you will lead by example, mentor junior staff, and ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency in our food industry environment.

Responsibilities

Lead food preparation and meal assembly to meet quality standards and customer expectations
Oversee food handling procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations
Serve customers efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
Assist in kitchen operations, including cooking and plating dishes
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas in accordance with food safety guidelines
Train and mentor junior staff on food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and service standards
Manage inventory levels for ingredients and supplies to prevent shortages or waste
Collaborate with management to improve operational workflows and customer satisfaction

Requirements

Proven experience in food service, restaurant operations, or the food industry with a focus on meal preparation and food safety
Strong background in serving, cooking, and food handling techniques
Excellent knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety standards, and sanitation procedures
Previous restaurant experience preferred; leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Exceptional communication skills and a professional attitude
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed; prior experience in a senior or supervisory role is advantageous

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
