We are currently assembling a team of qualified professionals for a major long-term water treatment operations opportunity that is expected to mobilize in late-summer/early-fall 2026, subject to final contract award. This project offers the potential for long-term employment stability, with work anticipated to continue for more than a decade.
This opportunity involves the operation and maintenance of a modern, world-class water treatment facility supporting one of Canada’s most important environmental remediation programs. The facility utilizes advanced treatment technologies and plays a critical role in protecting the surrounding environment through the safe and compliant treatment of mine-impacted water.
We are seeking qualified professionals interested in becoming part of a high-performing team responsible for the operation, maintenance, environmental compliance, safety, and management of this critical infrastructure.
The Journeyman Millwright is responsible for supporting preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities on mechanical equipment and plant infrastructure. This role works closely with operations personnel to maximize equipment reliability, plant availability, and safe facility performance.
Core Responsibilities:

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment.

Install, troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul rotating equipment.

Conduct equipment inspections and condition assessments.

Assist with maintenance planning and shutdown activities.
Support predictive maintenance programs.

Complete maintenance documentation and work orders.

Participate in equipment commissioning activities.

Identify opportunities for reliability improvements.

Maintain safe work practices and housekeeping standards.

Support operational requirements as needed.
Qualifications:

Journeyman Millwright Certification required.

Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.

Experience in industrial facilities, water treatment plants, mining operations, or process facilities.

CMMS experience preferred.

Experience with pumps, conveyors, motors, and process equipment preferred.
