Tesla motors is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to work on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. This position requires a high-level customer and employee interaction, so the ideal candidate will not only possess the technical acumen, but also the ability to provide a strong level of customer service. What You'll Do

Répondre aux appels téléphoniques, aux courriels et aux visites en personne afin de résoudre les problèmes des clients avec le plus haut niveau de réponse et d'attention
Retourner les appels téléphoniques et les courriels manqués dans un délai de moins de 5 minutes
Déterminer si la solution technique peut être résolue par téléphone ; transmettre immédiatement le problème au chef d'atelier ou au directeur de service pour qu'il soit traité immédiatement
Enregistrer avec précision les problèmes et les données dans le système de gestion du concessionnaire. Le souci du détail est essentiel
Effectuer des transactions avec le système ; guider le client dans la correction et lui fournir un résumé
Communiquer le temps de réalisation estimé, les mises à jour régulières et le suivi de chaque véhicule du client

Answer phone calls, emails, and drive ins to address any customer concern with the highest level of response and attention
Return missed phone calls, email in no less than 5 minutes
Determine if technical solution can be resolved over the phone; escalate immediately to Shop Foreman / Service Manager to provide immediate attention
Accurately record issues and data into Dealer Management System. Attention to detail critical
Conduct transactions with system; walk customers through correction and provide summary
Communicate estimated completion time, regular updates and follow through on each customer vehicle
Coordinate the detail of every vehicle prior to delivery

What You'll Bring

Connaissance des méthodes, techniques, pièces, outils et matériaux utilisés pour l'entretien et la réparation des véhicules
Expérience de l'utilisation opérationnelle et de l'entretien d'une grande variété d'outils électriques manuels, d'outils d'atelier et d'équipement d'essai automobile et électrique
Compréhension des techniques automobiles de base liées à la réparation et à l'entretien des automobiles
Le candidat retenu pour le poste devra soutenir des projets dans toutes les provinces canadiennes et communiquer quotidiennement principalement en anglais avec le personnel et les clients hors du Québec
Capacité à utiliser les Système(s) de gestion du concessionnaire, Outlook et MS Office
Permis de conduire de classe 5, G ou G2 valide au Canada

Knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools and materials used in the maintenance and repair of vehicles
Experience in operational use and maintenance of a wide variety of hand power tools, shop tools, and automotive and electrical test equipment
Understanding of basic automotive techniques related to repair and servicing of automobiles
The successful candidate will be required to support projects in all Canadian provinces and communicate daily primarily in English with staff and clients outside of Quebec
Ability to use Dealer Management System(s), Outlook, and MS Office
