We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and entrepreneurial Barista & Café Lead to become the face of our café.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who loves creating memorable experiences, enjoys developing innovative drinks, and wants to help build something special from the ground up.
What You'll Do
- Craft high quality coffee, espresso, matcha, and specialty beverages
- Help create and innovate seasonal drinks and wellness focused menu offerings
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build genuine relationships with guests
- Create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps people coming back
- Maintain café cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Manage inventory and assist with ordering and product selection
- Open and close the café independently
- Collaborate with ownership to grow and evolve the café concept
- Create engaging social media content and help build the café brand online
- Support community events, promotions, and wellness initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of barista experience
- Strong espresso extraction and milk steaming skills
- Passion for coffee, hospitality, and creating experiences
- Positive, outgoing, and naturally social personality
- Self motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Interest in health, fitness, and wellness
- Comfortable appearing in social media and marketing content
- Leadership or management experience is considered a strong asset

Compensation & Incentives
We believe great people should share in the success they help create.
In addition to competitive compensation, this position includes the opportunity to earn performance based bonuses tied to the growth and success of the café. As the café grows, we want our team members to grow with it.
We are looking for someone who will treat this opportunity like more than just a job. Someone who is excited to contribute ideas, help build a loyal community, create memorable experiences, and play a key role in establishing one of the most unique wellness cafés in the Tri Cities.
