Office Supervisor

Dean Cooley GM – Dauphin, MB

Dean Cooley GM is looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Office Supervisor to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, and wants to build a long-term career with a strong local business.

The Role:

As the Office Supervisor, you will be the operational backbone of the dealership—overseeing daily administration, coordinating between departments, and ensuring our internal processes are seamless and accurate. You’ll support our sales and fixed operations teams so they can focus on delivering the exceptional experience our customers deserve.

What You’ll Do:**

Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently.
Handle key financial tasks: accounts payable/receivable, daily deposits, reconciliations, and scheduled payments.
Prepare and submit manufacturer, lender, tax, and month-end reports.
Support payroll processing, employee records, and general HR administration.
Post and reconcile vehicle deals and related accounting entries.
Maintain office organization, supplies, filing systems, and mail.
Act as a central point of contact, working closely with sales, service, and management to resolve issues and support the team.

What You Bring:

3+ years of experience in office management, bookkeeping, or administration. (Dealership experience is a strong asset.)
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with dealership software is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Professional communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude.
A strong sense of integrity and a knack for numbers.
A genuine desire to build a career, not just fill a role.
