Titre du poste : Coordonnateur(trice) à la gestion des commandes

Résumé du poste :

Le ou la Coordonnateur(trice) à la gestion des commandes est responsable de superviser le traitement complet des bons de commande pour les principaux clients, tant pour les programmes de commerce électronique que d’importation. Ce rôle assure une saisie précise des commandes, une communication efficace avec les équipes internes et les équipes à l’étranger, ainsi qu’une coordination optimale afin de maintenir un approvisionnement constant et fiable.

Responsabilités principales :

Traiter et gérer les commandes clients et les bons de commande de manière précise et dans les délais requis
Saisir et maintenir les données des commandes dans SAP
Convertir les commandes de vente en bons de commande et les transmettre aux usines
Assurer la bonne allocation et distribution des commandes par conteneur
Effectuer les ajustements nécessaires aux commandes, incluant les changements de dates et les révisions de quantités
Maintenir une communication étroite et un suivi régulier avec les usines, entrepôts et équipes internes afin d’assurer l’alignement et l’exécution efficace des commandes
Collaborer étroitement avec l’équipe des ventes afin de répondre aux besoins des clients
Assurer le bon déroulement des programmes de marchandises pour les clients assignés
Effectuer le suivi des réservations de commandes auprès des usines afin de garantir des expéditions complètes et ponctuelles
Analyser les commandes ouvertes afin de maintenir un pipeline de marchandises solide et suffisant
Fermer les bons de commande et téléverser la documentation requise dans les portails clients dans les délais établis
Développer et maintenir une bonne compréhension du processus EDI afin d’assurer l’exactitude des commandes et l’intégration des systèmes
Maintenir les portails détaillants à jour en assurant l’exactitude des données, la visibilité et la conformité aux exigences des partenaires

Qualifications et compétences :

Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles et de gestion du temps
Grande attention aux détails et souci de l’exactitude
Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et priorités dans un environnement dynamique et rapide
Bonnes habiletés de communication et de collaboration
Expérience avec SAP ou un système ERP similaire, un atout
Esprit analytique et aptitude à résoudre des problèmes tout en s’adaptant aux priorités changeantes

Job Title: Order Management Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Order Management Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end processing of purchase orders for key customers for both e-commerce and import programs. This role ensures accurate order entry, timely communication with internal and overseas teams, and efficient coordination to maintain a strong and consistent supply pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage sales orders and purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner
Enter and maintain order data within SAP
Convert sales orders into purchase orders and transmit them to factories
Ensure proper allocation and distribution of orders by container
Make necessary adjustments to orders, including date changes and quantity revisions
Maintain close communication and follow-up with factories, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
Collaborate closely with the sales team to support customer requirements
Ensure smooth flow and execution of merchandise programs for assigned customers
Monitor factory order bookings to ensure orders are shipped on time and in full
Analyze open orders to maintain a strong and sufficient pipeline of goods
Close purchase orders and upload required documentation to customer portals in a timely manner
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the EDI process to support order accuracy and system integration
Keep retailer portals up to date, ensuring complete data accuracy, visibility, and compliance with partner requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
