Your Role
As a Communications Analyst with Health and Social Services you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of all Yukoners. You will have opportunities to develop your skills as a strategic and creative communications professional in areas such as media relations, crisis communications, public engagement, social marketing and digital communications. Essential qualifications
Please submit your resume clearly demonstrating how you meet the qualifications below. Selections for further consideration will be based solely on the information you provide in your resume.
- Degree in communications, public relations, journalism, political science or related field
- Experience developing and implementing communications and marketing strategies for projects, programs, or initiatives
- Experience writing and editing content for a range of audiences and formats (e.g., web, social media, briefing materials, news releases)
- Experience providing strategic communications advice on complex or high-profile issues
- Experience with photography, video, graphic design and other digital media would be considered an asset

Job Requirements:
Occasional travel within the territory is required. Extended periods of time working at a desk including extended screen time working with computers and other devices.
